I first experienced the synergy between horse and rider at a tender age. The sensation was not unlike the rush of creativity that fills you when capturing the perfect frame with a film camera. This experience was a pivotal moment that opened my eyes to the unique connection that exists between horse and rider. I started photography on a film camera at a young age and enjoyed the creativity of approaching a subject in a way you might not normally see and being able to capture that perspective in an image that was everlasting. Over the years I have continued to enjoy the art form of photography. Despite life being short there are many memories and moments that are precious to us. Capture these moments to hold close for years to come. From a life-changing moment like an engagement to a horse show, Blissful Moments Photography is here to help freeze these moments in time to always be able to look back on and remember. I offer unique expertise when it comes to horse photography. Growing up around horses and riding has given me the expertise and knowledge when it comes to working with and interacting with horses. I have worked with riders over the years, which has given me the experience both to understand what rides are looking for and to develop the timing to capture that perfect moment. I also know how to work with and interact with the horses in order to capture the best moments.‍If you are not a horse person not to worry. My focus is to pay attention to the details to create and capture your unique story. I will work with a location that speaks to you, to reflect your personality in the photos. 

The Story behind the Name
Blissful Moments Photography is more than just a name, there is a meaning and thought behind it. Photography is something that has brought joy to me for many years and I have always enjoyed those moments in which I pick up the camera. I also enjoy seeing the smiles not only in capturing the moments of happiness for someone else but also the reaction someone has when they see a photo for the first time. From telling my clients' stories perfectly or showing a different view and aspect they may never have seen. Another aspect of the name is getting the opportunity to capture images of people doing the things that bring absolute bliss to them, or capturing that moment in time to freeze a blissful memory. A name can be just a name but Blissful Moments Photography is so much more than just a simple name. I ask you, what are those blissful moments you wish to capture?
